I, too, am pretty bothered when it comes to my eating and drinking habits. Practicing self-control and discipline can be so challenging… even when you know in your mind and heart how important it is to stay focused on being healthy. Two things that really hooked me on my MPB (13″):

1. Build quality – the quality of my laptop is over the top. One only need to type on a MBP to understand. Someone asked me this week why I spent “all that extra money on a Macbook?” Quality! I appreciate quality.

2. Ease of use – Having been a “PC” user since the days of the Compaq luggable, I continue to be amazed at how easily I was able to make the switch from PC to Mac. It just seems like a natural way to compute.
